1) Determine if functionality should be submitted as Koha patch, or as a Koha
plugin
2) Add the ability to define CSS based Label Templates
3) Add the ability to define CSS based Printer Profiles
4) Add the ability to define Template Toolkit based Layouts
5) Implement logic to parse and display the labels for printing
