Bug 18789: (QA follow-up) Fix showing patron name when checking in

Test plan:
1) Have a patron with more then one checkouts
2) Check in one of the checkouts
--> without patch patron name is not shown in checked-in items table
--> with patch the patron is shown with name, category, number of
checkouts and both links are working
