Just ran a web installer upgrade... :(

[Mon Feb 26 13:53:31 2018] updatedatabase.pl: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Unknown
or incorrect time zone: 'local' [for Statement "SET time_zone = "local""] at
/usr/share/perl5/DBIx/Class/Storage/DBI.pm line 1438.

I think MySQL = 'System', and PostGreSql might be 'Default', but I'm not sure.
