Have discovered several serious issues with the current patch in this issue, so
do not recommend that any one uses it or re-roll it against master. My personal
view is that the current approach is based on some invalid assumptions (that
positions of fields in marc is stable and carry significance for example). Have
rewritten most of the core logic, and could perhaps submit it here when cleaned
up. But for our needs (Gothenburg University Library) I'm not sure we want to
get this in to Koha, but instead refactor and use as a plugin, but because of
time-constraints I'm not sure will have time to submit the code for at least a
couple of weeks.
