This is still valid in 17.05.06 and 17.11.01. 

If you attempt to update the pickup branch via the Holds tab in Patron details
(moremember.pl) you receive a dialogue box of:  There was an error:  error
Method Not Allowed..

The work around is you can change the pickup location in request.pl.
