I, too, vote for granularity in the permissions for the Admin module in Koha.
As a library director, I have people doing tasks where they need access to
parts of the admin module, but giving them the keys to the kingdom is not an
option. This week we are struggling with updating our MARC frameworks. I will
not be able to have my cataloger do this by herself (because of the
permissions), so I will have to spend a lot of my time working with her to get
the job done. If I could just give her permissions to alter the MARC
frameworks, I would have a couple of work days more in my schedule this week to
do what I need to do apart from the catalog improvements.
