Right, 

I have squashed the commits as far as I can to clean this bug up a bit and make
it easier to QA as a whole, I've kept the signoff line as the same user was
about to signoff again as they've been receiving all the updates as they were
written and are happy the system is all still working.

I have another customer going through it all with fresh eyes (they've only been
using it a couple of weeks) who will add a second signoff line for us.

All QA feedback to date has been accounted for in the squashed set of patches.
