In Koha 17.11.07, we are finding that if the sys pref ReservesNeedReturns is
set to Automatically, and an item level hold is placed on a item that is
currently checked out, this item is automatically set to waiting and displays
on Patrons account that it is ready and waiting.  On the OPAC it also will
display that this hold is waiting to the Patron when they are logged in.
