That's not how we do it anymore for the frameworks. Bernardo provides po files
for translating, which is much more convenient and less error prone then
translating a gigantig sql file. So we generate the translated files from the
files in master.

For the frameworks it's not super bad if a field is missing, I think the new
workflow is worth it.
