Hello Olivier,

The problem Joseph talked about as i understood it is that clicking a permanent
irregularity does not check all the correponding irregularities. It checks only
the first one in fact. 

My last fix works well for me but maybe i still missunderstand anything.
Joseph, can you confirm ?

For the "jumping checkboxes", i did not manage to reproduce it. Can you remind
me where and how it happens ?
