All theses patches (except the first two) were generated with the following
commands:

  koha-i18n --in-place koha-tmpl/**/en/**/*.tt koha-tmpl/**/en/**/*.inc  #
might 
be a zsh'ism, haven't tried with bash
  cd misc/translator &&
$GOPATH/src/github.com/jajm/koha-i18n/scripts/create-messages.sh
