Bug 20930: First example - Change OpacHiddenItems to type YAML

To test:
1. prove t/db_dependent/Items.t
2. Check that desired items are still hidden in OPAC by using
   OpacHiddenItems as documented here:
   https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/OpacHiddenItems
