It should be great If Koha should be able to show certain llinks (856) if a
certain logged users belong to one or more category codes

Some libraries are requesting us the functionality of allow Koha to catalogue
in the 856 link to restricted documents, that only will be showed if

1. the user is logged 
2. if the category code match certain values

These conditions are the same than ILL request.
