Bug 19833: Kill the "biblios"

1) Check files modules/about.tt, modules/acqui/booksellers.tt and
modules/acqui/invoices.tt for typos nad check that there are no "biblio"
and only "biblographic record".

Fixed one capitalization error during signoff.
