Granted, I had to cpan2deb --core-ok in order to get 0.80 nicely, and post Perl
5.20, Archive::Extract is no longer a core module.

Archive::Tar and Archive::Tar::File are still core, but supposedly slower.
However, since this is just used in plugin installation, I'm thinking switching
to them if possible.
