I agree we should keep this information in the Wiki instead, and so I am going
to close this bug report. 

My initial purpose for this patch was to continue the educating of new users
when they first set up Koha using the onboarding tool, however this information
will require updating and as you say Katrin it will require decision to be made
on 
what to mention and what not to mention.
