I just tried this on master:

- Place 2 holds on a record
- Return one item so it's waiting for the first patron
- Return the item again, cancel hold = the hold is cancelled correctly

There is no clue about the next waiting hold. I think a workaround could be to
check them in twice, but a message would be nicer.
