Thanks, sorry about that I got carried away :)

This patch is for a client running Koha 17.11 at present and so it has been
developed to work on Koha 17.11.

I also want to upstream it to master however 17.11 and master have diverged
sufficiently (in particular the moving of the JavaScript from the top of
/koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/cataloguing/addbooks.tt file to the
bottom that to prevent merge conflicts when applying this patch I have had to
create two patches; this one for 17.11 and bug 20678 for master.
