Hi Terence, Koha doesn't have a global road map, features get added as
libraries sponsor them to happen. If you are insterested in helping this along,
a starting point could be to switch this bug report to "Seeking cosponsors" or
even "Seeking developer". 

The feature itself I think would be an interesting addition to Koha.
