The alert "Duplicate patron record?" we can get when adding a new patron
empties different fields of the form :
 - all "Main address" fields
 - all "Alternate address" fields, except "Contact note"
 - all "Alternate contact"
 - all patrons attributes
(and maybe others I didn't catch).
