I did a little change on marc21 bib framework file, line 4596

from

INSERT IGNORE INTO biblio_framework VALUES( 'ACQ', 'Acquisition framework' );

to

INSERT IGNORE INTO biblio_framework VALUES
                ( 'ACQ', 'Erwerbung' );

Original EN file need a little update to allow translation.
The one used to translate is fixed now.
