Yes, I didn't know it was already added. That's good then.

I believe that at this point it doesn't make sense to keep two different
indexing methods when it's obvious that the old one has performance issues in
this use and the new one doesn't have any obvious downsides. Especially so
since the Elasticsearch support hasn't been stable yet. I have some general
indexing improvements that I'd be much happier to base on the new mechanism
rather than the Catmandu one. That's just me, though, and I'm not sure how
something like this is to be decided.
