Just started QA and found some issues:

1) qa test tools report:
FAIL    admin/marctagstructure.pl
   FAIL   forbidden patterns
                forbidden pattern: tab char (line 125)

2) Sometimes you use attribute "style" for css - should be done using class

3) Marking whole control field as important does not work - there is no
confirmation dialog when I left it empty. On the subfield level, it works

4) The tag edit page is a bit odd - the "Important" setting should be after
"Mandatory". Authorized values setting is duplicated.
