Interesting...

I can't even submit a task with a name of "Knihovna Ústí". The harvester is
failing to add it. I'll look into it.

And I am getting "Refresh import history" errors now too. Maybe I didn't
double-check after converting to KohaTable. I'm getting a different error
though:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'reload' of undefined
    at HTMLButtonElement.<anonymous> (dashboard.pl?op=send&id=1:1082)
    at HTMLButtonElement.dispatch (jquery-2.2.3.min_18.0600047.js:3)
    at HTMLButtonElement.r.handle (jquery-2.2.3.min_18.0600047.js:3)

Looking into both of these now...
