Hi Mohammad,

there is not enough information here to work out the problem. You might want to
try the mailing list first instead. Please include information about:

- how you installed Koha
- did you just update or is it a new installation?
- the exact version 17.11.x you installed
- step by step instructions on how to reproduce the problem
