I'm a little puzzled by the term "holding branch" in the bug report title. We
are finding that we do not receive a warning when the item is returned at any
library other than the library where the item is *waiting at*. We have 6 sites.
Three items belonging to library AAA (items.homebranch=AAA) were sent to
library BBB and fulfilled the reservation / hold (items.holdingbranch=BBB and
reserves.branchcode=BBB).
Then accidently the three items were sent to library CCC (making
items.holdingbranch CCC, but the reserves.branchcode remains BBB).
We only receive the warning about the existing reservation when the item is
discharged at BBB. 
The items are in danger of being re-shelved at the wrong library, with the
reservation still active. And AFTER the person who reserved the item has been
notified of the reservation.
