Hi Michal

I have found what you have to do is create a Library group then click
'Actions->Add sub-group'

Give your sub group a name and then add the library branches to the subgroup.
The subgroup name will show up in the 'Groups of libraries' dropdown. 

If you try that it should work, please let me know if you have any issues.
