I've submitted a rebased version of the patchset, since there was another SHA1
problem since I last tried to apply.

Michal, could you give me more information about your install process? I was
not able to get the error message you showed, and since the calendar table
should be created after bug_17015_part1_create_discrete_calendar.sql, I'm lost.

I'm personally using the _english_ web-based installer. I drop the database,
git-bz apply 17015, and I visit the intranet page to begin the installation
process.
