Hi Pierre-Marc,

on master it shows for me:

To change this note edit <a
href="/cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?op=search&searchfield=RoutingListNote#jumped">RoutingListNote</a>
system preference.

So the HTML shows unrendered. Can you check if you have the patch applied
already and what you put into the preference?
