Trying from the git checkout on the nightly server I get a pass. Reading the
skip reason for test 3 I wonder if that is what is supposed to happen during
package build, but does not for some reason.

ok 2 - Invalid RecordedBooks partner credentials
ok 3 # skip no RecordedBooks partner credentials
ok
All tests successful.

csys =  2.87 CPU)
Result: PASS
