A library has suggested that it would be helpful to view the card type of the
patron when managing purchase suggestions.  For instance, if an item is not
going to be purchased, the library would attempt to ILL the item, but since not
all patron categories are eligible for ILLs, knowing the patron category from
the beginning of the review process would be helpful.
