Hi,

this is not a bug. There are po files for those strings, but they are used to
generate SQL files that can be chosen when installing Koha for the first time.
Note: this will only work, if a installer exists for the specific language.

When Koha is already installed, you can change those descriptions under:
Administration > Bibliographic MARC frameworks
