I took a quick look at the revised code and I'm afraid it still looks like some
additional cleanup is required.

1) C4::Utils::Datatables::Members::search seems to duplicate code which has
been modified in the interim.
2) Not sure how 'AddPatronLists' syspref comes into this?
3) I also agree this would be significantly simpler to SO and QA if it were
split into two bugs.
