I will try to have a look at this one before the feature freeze to evaluate if
this could be part of 18.11.

Could you catch possible QA failures (update the QA script repo and run it over
the whole patchset)?

It would also help to have a remote branch with the stack up-to-date (the one
on the biblibre repo is 18 months old), I tried to rebase but got:
  error: sha1 information is lacking or useless
(koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/serials/subscription-detail.tt).
