Hi  Blou,
Great work. I've just some findings.
Patch is working,but:
- confirmation button has some formatting problem = https://prnt.sc/kwd2do
- Cancel link is broken, without borrower number
(http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/members/pay.pl?borrowernumber=)
- this funkcnionaly should be optional, so weneed enable=disable it from
administration menu
