Probably caused by circular dependencies and incorrect use of Exporter
(https://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=778639). I have tried moving the exports so
appears before other module imports in C4/Biblio.pm and seams to solve the
problem. I will try to prepare a patch for this and create a separate issue,
probably today or tomorrow.
