Hi Michal, it looks like you are not working form a clean git branch:
The following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by merge:
       
installer/data/mysql/atomicupdate/bug_12532-RedirectGuaranteeEmail_syspref.sql

This looks like a leftover from earlier testing.
