Required fields in default framework are showing as required in Batch Item
Modification.  While this is mostly good, there are time when this does not
work.  For instance, if collection code is mandatory in default framework,
using batch item mod to edit items from different collections to change an item
type or some other piece of info fails, as you must select a single collection
code.  Batch item mod should allow for disregarding the mandatory fields in a
framework.
