Additional QA comments:

- I noticed a strange behaviour. After resetting all mappings ("Reset mappings"
button), all "Delete" buttons are disabled until I click on "Save". What is
happening here ?
- If I add a new field with the same name of an existing field, and move the
line to the top, the existing field will be deleted and the new field will
remain. It could be a problem if the types differ. There should be a control to
avoid that.
