Cannot update record

Steps:
0. Create an import batch for "Saving / Searching"
1. Search for a title: "Machine Man by Max Barry"
2. Click "Import"
3. Check the box for your import batch in step 0.
4. Hit "Save"
5. Change the publisher to "TEST OF CHANGE TO PUBLISHER"
6. Hit "Save" 
7. Error "Conflict Error Cannot Save"

Expected result:

a. Update the record with the same controlNum

Catalogers make mistakes, we must be able to fix them.
