I've made the same feature for ILS-DI WebService :

Didn't thought about REST API at the time, but it's the same feature, I think
it would be great to have it ported to REST.

I've added a relation to my patch since I've provided a method
"GetPickupLocation" in C4/ILSDI/Service.
