Where would you put the configuration option then? On
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/admin/biblio_framework.pl?op=add_form&frameworkcode=ACQ?

NOTE: It looks like there is no way to Edit the default framework entry, so
resetting from another framework to Default could be a problem.
