There is what looks like a minor conflict in the third patch. I get an error
with updatedatabase:

DEV atomic update: bug_14697.perl
DBD::mysql::db do failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the
manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to
use near ')

          );

And the "Update Schema Files" patch didn't apply.
