Hi Kelly,

this could be a bug, but it could also be related to your setup. You might want
to try the mailing list to help you nail down the problem a bit more first.

Some things you could check:
- What is the specific error behind the "Internal server error"? You will find
the full message in your Plack error logs on the server.
- What is the exact version of Koha you are using?
- How has it been installed?
- And a last idea to check: Do your items have itemtypes set?
