Yes, I have used the base code of Bywater 

(https://github.com/bywatersolutions/ncip-server) and created some more
messages supported by the NCIP protocol with the help of RapidRadio one of the
RFID vendor. 

Soon will submit the patch to Kyle hall/Bywater (NCIP Git hub).
