Test plan:

1. Using the fresh install, with all the sample data.
2. Go to Home › Tools › Patron card creator › Templates 
3. New > Card template
4. Save
5. Edit
6. Save

Note either of the two errors in the error log.

Apply the attached patch.

1. Go to Home › Tools › Patron card creator › Templates
2. Select the previously created template
3. Delete it
4. New > Card template
5. Save
6. Edit
7. Save

Note the absence of either of the two errors in error log.
