Bug 15860: Add alias /plugin to apache template for debian package installs

Test plan:
1) Apply the patch
2) Create new instance with koha-create
3) Enable plugins on this instance
4) Install libmarc-lint-perl package
5) Install the MARC checker plugin
(https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-marc-checker)
6) Run the plugin
7) You should see the image at top
