Thanks. Unfortunately, the patch doesn't apply, please rebase. Also the title
"'If all unavailable' for 'on shelf holds' makes holds page slow" describes the
problem instead what the commit does. So the commit title should be something
like "Make holds page fast when/if/with setting ..."
