Although the cataloger was able to accidentally save her MARC record to the
catalog with an invalid 007 value (note the delimiter not allowed in 00X
fields):

007 ‡ad fungnnmmned

Attempting to save the file as a .mrc causes Koha to hang.

Steps to reproduce:

Open a record in the catalog
Add the following 007 field:

007 ‡ad fungnnmmned

Save the record to the catalog
Click the down arrow on the Save button and select "Save as MARC (.mrc)"

Result: Web page hangs
Expected Result: Error presented to the user that the record has invalid syntax
