Adding a Display status field with timestamp would allow staff to easily change
an item to show that it is on display.

An associated timestamp would allow staff to easily make automatic modifcations
to this status through the Automatic item modifications by age tool.

This status would need to be shown when the item is checked in.

This status should have its own LOC table, like DIS_LOC, where different
display locations can be defined.

The status location would need to appear in search results and on records,
like: "Currently on display at: Front Entrance"
